Pack Your Items
Securely place the products in their original packaging, ensuring all official Cricket Australia tags and labels remain attached.
Label and Post
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized post office or collection point.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
